Our client is a leading mid-market private equity investor with significant funds under management. Investing in high-growth businesses, the group are dynamic, entrepreneurial in approach and highly collegiate.
It is long-established, well respected, and has an enviable track record of investing internationally. It's looking to add an associate to the value-add team to continue growing and supporting the impressive portfolio of businesses. What the job involves
- Work actively across streams within the portfolio to take responsibility for and track internal value-add activity
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including founders / entrepreneurs, suppliers and executive assistants
- Support value-add team in analysis as part of due diligence of investment opportunities and ongoing portfolio projects
Who we are looking for
- Consulting experience or operational background with some exposure to private equity is ideal
- High emotional intelligence, well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work proactively and autonomously
- Top academic achievements from a leading academic institution
- Excellent written andmunicated English, allowing you the ability to write, present, and articulate to a high level
