Job description
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the tech product portfolio in the risk and controls area of investment banking.
- Collaborate with the tech team to ensure that the product development aligns with the business needs and requirements.
- Serve as an effectivemunication bridge between senior stakeholders, User Experience team, and the tech team, ensuring clear and precise conveyance of needs and expectations.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring that all items are appropriately prioritized and prepared for sprint planning.
- Manage stakeholder expectations regarding product development, delivery timelines, and scope.
- Continually assess the risk and control landscape,
identifying areas for product improvement or new product opportunities.
- Provide direction and technical leadership onplex, high-impact projects and in all phases of the development and implementation process.
Qualifications :
- Experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product owner, product manager, or equivalent role.
- Demonstrated ability to manageplex tech products, ideally within a banking or financial services context.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, especially with senior stakeholders.
- Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; background in Engineering preferred.
