The Role
- Deliver Engaging Lessons : Design, plan, and deliver inspiring Spanish lessons tailored to the needs of students.
- Develop Language Skills : Foster students' Spanish language skills, understanding of Spanish culture,
and critical thinking abilities.
- Prepare for Success : Prepare students for success in relevant Spanish qualifications, such as GCSE, A-Level, and the IB Diploma.
- Encourage Cultural Appreciation : Promote a love of the Spanish language and culture, fostering cultural understanding and respect.
- Contribute to the Department : Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment and contribute to the overall success of the Modern Languages department.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Spanish Teacher : With a passion for the subject and a proven track record of success in teaching Spanish.
- Strong Subject Knowledge : Demonstrated expertise in Spanish language and culture.
- Excellent Classroom Management : Effective classroom management skills to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Inspirational Leader : Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
