Marketing Manager - Chippenham, Wiltshire
Within a busy country house 5-star hotel we are searching for someone with a passion for hospitality, who can assist in creating a culture of inclusivity, positivity whilst driving forward for our common goals and objectives, within our business strategy.
Job function
Responsible for planning and leading successful marketing for the Hotel & Spa across all operations within the business, with the ability to deliver with a focused strategy and implementation of successful campaigns that return growth in the business and with growing engagement.
Job focus
- Develop to the digital and social media strategy.
- Ensure all channels have brand consistency and aligned to the hotel & spas objectives (Online, PPC, social media and PR)
- Ensure the hotels website and landing pages up to date
- Manage journalists and influencers visits, research those visiting and prepare operational staff
- Manage photoshoots, and ensure all photography is logged and in good order for use.
- Management of third parties employed, for marketing, digital and creativity.
- Design and lead marketing campaigns
- Measure performance through brand engagement measures, cost and ROI
- Prepare any press releases.
- Assess the performance of marketing campaigns
- Monthly summary report to the senior team on the months marketing activities.
- Social media management and growth of followers’ overall platforms.
- Strong and regular analytics of online tools, google analytics and AdWords
- Adverts for magazines & press requests
- Work alongside third parties
- A member of the Sales Team.

We are offering a competitive salary for either a part-time contract or a full-time contract approx. 40 hours over 5 days.
Service charge will be paid after completing one full month’s service.
Due to the location of the property it is advisable to have your own transport.
