Job description

About the role :

Based in Central London (Hybrid) :

- Ensure services provided are delivered on an integrated basis and partnering arrangements with external providers improve the quality of services and provide value for money.
- Accountable for the development and application of a unified customer services strategy.
- Accountable for developing and directing the corporate activities of the Council at a strategic delivery level.
- Drive significant cultural change through the corporate infrastructure

About you :

You will have the following skillsets or experiences :

- Extensive experience within a Local Authority delivering outstanding customer service, resident experience and strategy.






- Relevant qualifications and evidence of CPD.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Extensive experience in a similar role

What’s on offer :

- Salary : £600+ per day Inside IR35
- negotiable based on experience

- Overtime : no options available
- Contract type : 6 month minimum
- Hours : 09 : 00ach -17 : 00 Monday to Friday
