General Manager - Griffin Belle - Vauxhall, London
THE GRIFFIN BELLE has an excellent reputation with the local community in Vauxhall. We are a vibrant pub with screens for sport, outside dining areas & 14 amazing boutique hotel rooms currently running at 90% occupancy.
We are looking for an experienced GENERAL MANAGER to manage the day to day pub & Hotel operations.
Our ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following attributes and skills :
- Passionate about great service with a can do’ attitude
- Enjoys training the team in company standards and initiatives
- Great eye for detail specifically cleanliness
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Skilled in organising,
planning & executing marketing & promotional activities
- Previous experience in pubs and / or small hotels
