We are currently recruiting for a Property Cleaner to join our team in the Stanmore area, HA7.

What you’ll be doing
- General cleaning of accommodation
- Ensure all designated areas in the house are cleaned
- Rubbish disposal
- Cleaning washrooms and kitchen areas including mopping, hoovering, dusting etc.
- Mopping, Sweeping, deep polishing, vacuuming
- Work effectively without supervision
- Clean designated areas and areas notified at short notice
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
- Ensure equipment is stored in a safe place and is in full working order - reporting any defects to your manager
- Ensure that all deadlines for completion of work are met
- Ensure that any client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly ensuring client satisfaction
- Perform any other duties required to complete the team tasks
- To ensure that the correct PPE is used at all times by the team in accordance with Company Health and Safety, COSHH regulations and Infection Control guidelines
- Undertake any relevant training
Experience / Qualifications
- Excellent team player
- Should be able to work on own initiative and within a team environment
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential as on the job training will be provided
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Flexible approach to duties with a can do attitude
- Be able to manage your work load in a good timescale
- DBS checks required
