Duties :
Working with individual service users in hospital and in the community including placements providing advice, assistance, assessment, review, or other forms of social work assistance within HCPC parameters with the aim of enhancing the outcomes for service users and carers.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker :
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
