Purpose of the job

To lead, manage a range of technical projects across one or multiple areas of product, platform or across regions. Support Product, Business and Regional management team by providing delivery and technical leadership to shape and deliver key customer, client and partner facing initiatives, with key focus on achieving quality standards, ensuring customer objectives are met and measurable.

Key Responsibilities

· Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and creating project plans.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure project goals are met.

· Managing and tracking project budgets and resources, including personnel,





third party and technology costs.

· Managing and tracking key OKRs, collaborating with platform and product leadership to ensure pragmatic approaches are used to reach the stated goals.

· Monitoring progress and identifying and resolving any issues or risks that may impact delivery.

· Communicating project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged.

· Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

· Anticipating likely issues and driving teams and vendors to work towards expected engineering and quality standards.

· Supporting teams and architects with commercial and technical partner/vendor integrations and evaluations.







· Ensuring all initiatives are designed to fit with business and technical compliance and policy standards, managing exceptions and guiding the teams

· Developing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications.

· Continuously improving teams’ processes and methodologies.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

· Technical delivery management: experience in planning, executing, and closing multiple projects with significant technical components, using continuous delivery, agile methodologies and tools.

· Technical expertise: knowledge of one or multiple technical fields, such as software development, cloud, digital, data.

· Leadership: the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage personnel,





and facilitate decision making to drive initiatives forward. Ability to drive and manage 3rd party relationships and negotiations.

· Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate project goals, status, and risks to stakeholders.

· Problem-solving: the ability to identify, detail and resolve complex technical issues, mitigate project risks, and develop creative solutions to challenges.

· Organizational skills: the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet project deadlines.

· Budget management: experience managing project budgets, including personnel, vendors, and technology.

· Adaptability:





the ability to adjust to changing project requirements and pivot quickly when necessary.

· Attention to detail: strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality project documentation.

· Continuous improvement: a desire to continuously improve own and teams’ ways of working.

· Technical and delivery training and accreditations

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical delivery management and technical expertise.

They should have excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as significant experience in leading multiple technical initiatives.
