We are working with a fantastic 2-form entry school in Bexley, Southeast London. This is a long-term role until July 2025, commencing in September. Permanency and teacher training options will be available for strong candidates.

Key responsibilities within the role - Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant:

- Attend to pupils' personal needs, and implement related personal programmes (must be comfortable taking both girls and boys to the toilet)






- Providing support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
- Building and maintaining successful relationships with students, whilst treating them with respect and consideration
- Have the highest expectation that every student will make sustained academic and personal progress
- Ensure that every pupil is ready for the next steps in their learning and is supported to participate and contribute to
