We are looking for a senior marketing executive to join our marketing team in Wimbledon.
Are you an experienced marketing executive looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a brilliant all-rounder who can bring a wealth of knowledge but challenges the status quo and embraces new thinking.
Do you have experience in managing successful projects and can apply critical thinking to situations?
The senior marketing executive is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, cross functional projects and BAU activity across the Group.
The role includes campaign and project management, marketing programme development, data analysis and content management.
With over 60 branches across the Capital we are London’s largest independent property services groups, and we are growing! We offer a range of property services including block management, commercial, residential, and financial services.
We manage over 15,000 residential and commercial units in different mixed-use schemes across 130 locations in London, with a combined portfolio worth £10 billion.
In addition to this, we have one of the largest teams of qualified chartered surveyors and valuers in London and provide a whole range of services for corporate and private clients.

You will report into our senior marketing manager.
Responsibilities of a senior marketing executive include :
- Multi-channel marketing campaigns,
including development of strategy, messaging, channel selection, creative, collateral fulfilment, and reporting
- Ensuring all marketing campaigns are produced according to brand guidelines, on time, and on budget
- Taking the project management lead position and working with key stakeholders on integrated projects
- High contributor to the success of our email marketing platform and program of work
- Management of content including copy writing across multiple platforms including website, email, social media and direct mail
- Development of relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Management of key supplier relationships including briefing and overseeing of creative development with external agencies
- Monitoring and analysis of the competitive landscape and wider industry
We are looking for a senior marketing executive with a degree education, ideally in marketing, with proven experience in a general consumer marketing role.
They must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copy writing ability. Excellent organisational and project management skills, and someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to all of our clients whilst achieving the right results.
